NS14'S SAILING TASMANIA
Welcome to all,
This site has been created for NS14 Association of Tasmania for its members and anyone else interested in the NS14 class. The site is updated as required with information relating to events and happenings in the class. Any boats advertised for sale are currently still on the market. Links are available to a range of sites related to NS14 sailing, photos and sailing in general. Anyone interested in seeing the boats up close can find a good fleet regularly sailing at Lindisfarne Sailing Club most Sundays in the south of the state and at Port Dalrymple Yacht Club, Deviot Sailing Club and Tamar Yacht Club in the North.

2009 STATE CHAMPIONS
Congratulations to Nick and James Richardson who sailed
"The Hedgehog"
to a second consecutive State Championship.
The march long weekend saw the Tasmanian State Championships sailed at Port Dalrymple Yacht Club on the Tamar River. The racing was close and competitive in mostly light to moderate northerly sea breezes, with one race in a light southerly. Nick and James defending the championship had three wins in the first three races. Peter Davis in "Spinifex" made things interesting on the second day with two wins and had to win both races on the last day to snatch the championship back from Nick. The last day of racing saw "The Hedgehog" win the first race to take out the championship.
